Our mediation was, “an excellent process, with excellent professionalism and presentation…which helped make an unpleasant process as positive [and] supportive as possible. We walked away with warmth and respect for each other. [I] can’t think of a better way to have done [our divorce, and] wish we’d started out with mediation [because it was a] flexible response versus the huge hammer wielded by our previous lawyers. [It’s] too bad mediation doesn’t hold some kind of pre-marriage workshop [teaching communication, problems solving [and] empathy skills [because] the skills we learned would’ve helped our marriage, I think.
